Aim for quality audio

Pick any of these approximate bitrates

Choose these bitrates at about 44.1 kHz

  • 128 kbps – for quality podcasts and for stereo output
  • 64 kbps – for speech podcasts and for mono output
  • 48 kbps – for longer speech podcasts
