1. Use a recommended, compatible browser (Firefox, Safari, Opera) or media player (VLC, iTunes).
2. If you're on UP Dilnet, using a recommended media player, pull video from within Dilnet, usually from

   rtsp://streaming.up.edu.ph/dilc.sdp

3. If you encounter difficulties, communicate your issues with fellow viewers via the DILC Webchat.
